15 July 2010: We now have full, rich color capability for most books

Normally we ship books under Free Matter for the Blind and Handicapped which is free to all parties by Postal regulations. However, "Free Matter" these days is being treated like media mail and can take weeks, sometimes several weeks, to arrive after shipment. Also, the Post Office will not allow us to tag the box with shipping notification or signature card notification, which means we have no way to verify if the shipment actually arrived at your school. Therefore we can not guarantee any shipment if the Post Office mishandles or loses the box or boxes of books. Also, they will not allow us to insure the shipment if it is "Free Matter", so there is no coverage whatsoever. This creates a serious problem for everyone.
We now suggest that everyone pick another source of shipping, i.e., FedEx ground, UPS ground, etc. If you pick this method of shipping it will be necessary to add 15% to the total of the purchase order. By this means you are assured of receiving your order. Thank you for being patient. We will do our best to help.
